We had a great experience with this rental! The vehicle was very clean, comfortable, and provided a smooth ride throughout our trip. Communication with the host was excellent, and the entire process was easy and straightforward. We really appreciated the clear instructions and responsiveness. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend renting from this host!

Car kept beeping because battery was at zero we did not have lights on, so I know that was not the issue but otherwise worked great

Thank you for your feedback! We’d like to clarify that the beeping was from the Pacifica’s driver safety alerts, not the hybrid battery reaching 0% EV range. This vehicle does not have a low-EV-battery chime, and its 12V battery was replaced with a new one just two weeks ago. No concerns were reported to us during your trip; had we known, we would have gladly explained the driver assistance alerts and walked you through how to disable the warning chimes. We’re very glad you otherwise enjoyed it!

The car battery died on the way from the airport. We met the owner at Auto Zone so he could replace the battery. The next morning we went to breakfast and it died again

When we delivered the vehicle to the airport, there were no 12V battery alerts, and the guest picked it up and drove without issue. Later that night, they reported it would not start, so we met them and installed a brand-new 12V battery. The next day, the same issue was reported, so we ended the trip early and issued a refund. After recovering the vehicle, we found the headlights set to “On” instead of “Auto,” which likely drained the battery. A mechanic inspected it and confirmed no issues now.
