Every thing was great i returned late from my trip and the host was still very nice , understanding and professional ! I will definitely book again !

So in terms of pickup and drop off, the whole process was seamless. What helped greatly was George's instructions on how to pick up and drop off the car. That was great. Also what was great was George and his responsiveness. He was very responsive with his instructions and whenever I needed to ask him a question, he would always respond almost immediately.
In terms of the car, the car was very clean internally and externally and accommodated all of us. I was travelling to Chicago with my family for a wedding and it accommodated all of us. The car was clean inside and out. However, I think mechanically it drove great except for the transmission. I felt like it was a little bit sluggish. It was misfiring at low RPMs but other than that the car drove well. No major complaints. It still was a great car and no major issues happened.

The vehicle looks, drives and operates as intended and in perfect order. There is nothing wrong with any system, including transmission. Not sure how people decide transmission is sluggish on a vehicle that is unfamiliar and there are no codes or errors
