Easy pickup and drop off! Clean and well running van that fit the whole family!

The van broke down. I had to call AAA to buy a battery, which I was paid back for. However AAA said the alternator was bad and needs towed for repair. I had to drive an hour to get another vehicle. I would have given 5 stars if they would brought the vehicle to me b/c it was not safe to drive the van back per AAA.
Other than that all was good and the host was always quick to respond
