I’m not sure what you are referring to that something didn’t match. If there is ever an issue, we are always available by phone and by text..

Car drop off was late by a few hours, car not in great condition but lots of room and worked well for large family

Not the right car that was requested. Even though car was considered an upgrade, did not fit in garage at our rental house and was too big for a lot of the parking at the town we were staying at. Only a quarter tank of gas at pick up.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
