The first car had a couple minor issues but the host was very understanding and nice to switch out this car for us which turned out great it was a quick and easy process. Good price and service and host messages back FAST. Overall I had a good experience.

This was the first time renting from Turo, a little bit of getting used to the app but my overall experience was 5 stars due to the fact that I needed fast assistance with getting seats down and return messages was fast and the owner was able to meet me at the location that I needed to be at to assist me with putting down the seats in the van. Communication before and prior to returning was good I hope to rent again from this person

Had to look for the car, it was parked on another street other than the address set on the app, the host wasn’t very helpful, other than that the car was ok
