Note: No Burning Man trips allowed. Base Mini Van - 7 seater Located just outside SJC airport. Easy pickup/drop off. You can take Uber/Lyft (around $12) to my location from the airport or Take the free VTA airport flyer bus to Coleman & Brokow Stow-N-Go seating, can be folder down into the floor. No frills base version of the Grand Caravan, no power doors. No smoking or pets please! Includes: air conditioning, cruise control, power windows, power seats, aux/mp3 enabled, cd player Van will be delivered clean inside and outside with full tank of gas. So please return it the way it was given to you. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged to you and the cost of gas that is short. Please NO SMOKING or VAPING. ❌ No Smoking is permitted inside the vehicle. (Vaping, Cigarettes, Marijuana, etc) Please note you will be charged a detox cleaning fee if the smell of smoke is detected. No pets ❌🐕No pets in the car

Is smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
What if emergency happened?
Please call 911 if case of emergency. For non-emergency or semi-emergency, please contact Turo support @support.turo.com or message me via Turo message. Please allow 1-2 hours response time.
Airport Delivery
There are a few things to keep in mind if you decide to add-on an airport pick-up/drop-off. It's possible that we won't be able to deliver the car at or around the time of your arrival. Therefore, we must leave the car at the hourly/short-term/long-term parking lot. The prices range from $2 per 15 minutes to a daily cap of $36. Please be aware that before picking up, you must be prepared to pay a maximum of $36. (We'll make every effort to deliver it as soon as you're scheduled to arrive.) When you return the car, we will cover the parking fee.
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. If car cannot be returned clean, we highly suggest to purchase the post-trip cleaning option. Can I return the car after hours?
Yes. Car can be returned at any hour. Park the car in the designated parking spot at our primary location right outside SJC airport and put the keys in the office mail slot.
Tolls - Does the car have FasTrak?
Yes, the car is connected to a FasTrak account. Any toll / express lane charges incurred will be billed separately at the end of the rental.
Does gas need to be filled?
Car will usually come with a full tank of gas. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 inconvenience fee. There is a Chevron/Costco 1-2 minutes away from our pick up and drop off location.

Car is located about a mile outside SJC airport. You can either take Uber/Lyft (around $10-14) to my location from the airport or Take the free VTA airport flyer bus to Coleman & Brokow

Pickup and drop off was smooth and easy. Van was exactly as listed. Simple, no bells and whistles, high mileage, but worked out as our other van canceled the day before our trip.

The van was exactly what we needed for our trip! It was clean and in good condition. It didn't have all the bells and whistles, So if you are looking for that, you will want a different vehicle, but we just brought an aux cord, and it worked perfectly to play music from our phones. The van also had a phone holder provided, so we were able to use our phones as a GPS, which was great!
