The car had mechanical issues as soon as we picked it up. A start/stop system warning, check engine light, and oil change needed. I contacted the host who said it was fine and they'd take care of it when our trip was over. The vehicle started twice, then shut down while driving. It restarted that time but after driving it to a parking lot it wouldn't start no matter what I tried. The host was wholly unresponsive. I messaged and tried to call multiple times and the host took over an hour to even respond and did not answer calls. I was left stranded with my toddler and infant and spent a couple hours trying to get a solution from either the host or turo support just to get out of the parking lot and to our hotel, and about 4 more hours during the night and early next morning to coordinate getting the car towed and then getting a replacement sorted. I would advise that no one rents any car from this host. Even if this truly was an unexpected vehicle issue, the lack of responsiveness made a bad situation terrible.

The Pacifica was a wonderful vehicle for our family adventures. The car drove well with good gas mileage. Host & co-hosts were all responsive to questions as needed. No issues at all with pick up or drop off- super easy!
