To be frank, I was going to give this 4 stars since I own a 2017 Sienna as well, but mine had GPS while this required an outdated Scout GPS link thus I was forced to use my phone for navigation. But the host was quick and responsive, so I'd give this trip a 5 star rating. I'd recommend the host get those cheap $40 android auto device for their car.

Unfortunately, I'm not happy with my experience with Turo. But I guess it's a good thing because it forced me to review their insurance policy and realize their minimum protection is completely useless. I have been buying minimum coverage, but not anymore. Originally, I had a trip planned and paid for in Chicago, but the airline cancelled my ticket overnight due to weather conditions. Since I chose the non-refundable option, I wasn't expecting to get money back for the booking. That's understandable since the host could've leased the car to someone else, but why does Turo get to keep the insurance coverage on the car if I never picked it up? What have they got to lose? Well, according to their policy, no refund on the insurance, so that got me thinking. What am I really getting here? Looked it up and saw that minimum coverage is pretty useless since it doesn't even protect your host's car. You're still liable for it, so why bother? I'm still having to use my own car's insurance for coverage therefore, no more insurance coverage from Turo for me! Quite frankly, I'm considering going back to the traditional rental companies because of this experience.
