I am very sorry that the app was not to your liking. The airport delivery process is a bit tricky, but we can only hand over the cars at locations permitted by Turo. Thank you for the 4 stars, but none of these issues had anything to do with me or the car. We deliver every car clean and fully serviced; we also offer the customer a second option for pickup and drop-off, which was offered to you but not accepted.
She was really helpful with everything. My host is the best she even took time out of her busy schedule to take us to the airport because it was absolutely hectic for us….. I really appreciate you
