This is my FIRST Turo rental ever.
Van was great for our road trip. Lots of space for passengers and luggage.
For the future I’d suggest a couple of small
Improvements:
One of the 12V charging plugs did not work. That’s a challenge when multiple people need to charge their cell phones.
Gas tank was not full at pick up which was a surprise. My expectation is that Turo vehicles have FULL fuel tanks at the start of every rental. I had to fill the tank (10 gallons) which was a pain and delayed our journey. Hopefully, this situation can be avoided in the future for other renters,
Thanks for renting with me, since this is your first time renting it make sense why you don’t understand the rules. If you like to pick up the car with full tank of gas there’s an option to pay full price before pick up which you didn’t do. Next time if you do pick that option you will definitely get the car with full tank of gas.
