Thank you! Vicky is super helpful and had good communication! I had wonderful experience with them. The delivery and pick up was easy and smooth. I hope to have business with them again. 100% recommend!

Let me just start with the obnoxious, death screech coming from the rear passenger brake/rotor... when addressed to owner their response was that it needed lubricant as vehicle had been sitting. The answer to grinding metal is apparently lubricant, I wouldn’t let my personal vehicles brakes get that horrendous. Pick up time was scheduled for 1:30pm; vehicle arrived at location at 2:10pm. Inside of car was super clean. The exterior could’ve used a wash, but that’s not something that we were concerned about. The car was drivable but this did have an effect on our trip.
We called n communicated w guest to let her know that the delivery time would b late bc I was locked out of house and needed to go pick up the key for it. At the time of communication, Nora seemed ok with it and responded, "I understand life happens."
Also asked due to situation, we could run thru car wash but would be late, she didn't care for exterior
Car had just been inspected a week before trip. Offered to swap to sedan, guest said not needed. Very sorry for ur bad exp. Fixed the sound.
