Great help from Fabi, we had to drop off early and they were able to help with the whole process, but the car has seen better days many dents, scratches and, was mildly dirty at pick up. My biggest gripe is the usability of the car this car needs to be aligned and have the wheels balanced I say this because the steering wheel is super shaky at highway speeds (which isn't safe) but also is misaligned so going straight has the steering wheel slightly angled.
Tire alignment and balancing have been done right after the car came back.

Too much pressure messaging and behind very disappointed how much restrictions
This lady showed up quite earlier than scheduled pickup time. Since it was not the pickup time yet I was busy working and not by the phone. And then she was super mad and complained it was late and complained she was waiting. But it was not. It is just she showed up early and I was not by the phone. And then the car was returned quite dirty. The only messages sent to her are just check-in and check-out instructions and a reminder to refuel gas and to lock all doors and lockbox. That's all!

Fab was an amazing host! This van ran very well; was clean; and gas efficient. Fab communicated with me throughout the process when booking the vehicle, and even reached out to customer support when there was something wrong with my app. I would highly recommend Fab and any of his vehicles!

Fab is a very good Turo owner! Communication is very clear and thorough. The van was great and easy to drive around the city and town. Highly recommended and would rent again in the future.
