This host is a fraud. I would never rent from this company. They accused me of a missing key when I handed them back the key fob as I was given. Trying to get me to pay for a key fob that was missing a key from the beginning. Also on the car part of the trip the brakes were bad and squeaked the whole time. So embarrassing. Had people staring as we drove. This company just wants money to pay for their cars. Never again.

The guest got caught letting an unauthorized driver operate our vehicle. Usually people like Daniel re-rent cars only to folks that CANNOT get anything rented anywhere. That shows you what kind of "friends" he's got and why it is a big concern for us and Turo. He took a mechanical (blade) key and went into complete denial after he was reported to Turo for a gross violation of the terms. We get only 5-star reviews across the board for a reason, but we won't hold our breath with people like Daniel

Excellent van and the best communication with this TURO host. Super responsive and easy to work with. Van was clean, nice looking , easy to drive. Will book with him again! Very happy and satisfied.
