The car was clean and ran good. We did have a problem with the passenger door not wanting to close. It would close then open again. It did that a few times before it would close. Otherwise car ran just fine. This is an older van so there were a few scratches on it. I was surprised that there was a crack on the front window on the passenger side. It was nothing that obstructed your view while driving or the passenger's view. So make sure to take good photos of the car and add those things in it before hand.
I did message Eric about trying to pick up and drop off the car a bit early and never heard from him so to me that was a bit of a disappointment. I would have been ok if he would have responded back to me even if it was a no or do it through the app. I didn't get any response. That makes me wonder if something would have gone wrong I probably wouldn't have heard from him so that's why I gave him 4 stars.
Over all the car ran good and was clean. It was an easy pick up and drop off. It got us where we needed to go and back safely.

The car was nice definitely recommend. Breaks were causing vibrations when fully loaded.

Mostly good. Only negatives: 1) car was not in location as indicated on map— had to walk around for 10 min to find it, 2) rear camera worked 50% of the time, 3) vehicle had a lot of miles on it and it showed, check engine light came on as we were returning car to airport.
