Worst vehicle I've ever rented on Turo:
-Recieved it filthy. Had women's make up and someone's socks in the vehicle. Delayed the trip 1hr due to me and my wife cleaning the entire interior as there were stains, and spots everywhere.
-The enitre sliding door was not functional and host failed to mention it. We had to manually open and close the door with force (traveling with elders with arthritis), and the window didn't work (roll up or down).
-The front passenger window also did not work. (Traveling in 90degree weather).
-Had AC issues, looked at the coolant levels and it was below minimum.
-The front passenger seat Panels were broken so a metal frame and flapping plastic is exposed. Scraped our leg exiting the vehicle a couple times.
-Found mold under the front passenger's sun visor.
- There is serious exterior damage to the vehicle that was not announced prior to check-in or shown in the advertised photos.
Eric communicated he was not aware of the TWO non-functional windows AND the non-funtional sliding door. The lack of care and quality control on this vehicle is clearly shown.
Extremely relieved im done with this vehicle as it felt unsafe the entire time. I had a strict timeline for this 1 week duration otherwise I would've swapped the vehicle immediately.
