Decided to rent this vehicle because of its good reviews, but we had the worst experience. We were given a vehicle that doesn’t match the license plate given on the app, which the company said was fine. As we were about to travel, we noticed that the registration was expired. Tried to call the owner but no response till about 4 hrs later. We decided to contact Turo, and that’s where we were informed that the 2024 registration was never renewed (we’re in 2026 ). Had to book another vehicle with a different owner as we were already late to where we were suppose to go. Also, when we put the 3rd row seats down, the row was very dirty
