Host communication was excellent throughout the trip. However the the battery died and fortunately we were in a place where we could get it jump-started. We hadn’t had lights on at all, we think it must have just been an old battery. The host did everything she could do at a distance including sending a DoorDash person with a new battery for the remote. But that didn’t fix the problem and we had to jump start it. Without these problems we would definitely give this a 5 star review.

We were sorry to hear about the battery issue and were surprised, as the battery was recently replaced and the car had no issues with prior guests. Since you were able to drive about two hours before the issue occurred, in our experience it seems more likely that something may have drained the battery while the car was idle. The next guest also had no difficulty starting it. We were glad you were able to get a jumpstart.
Very reliable and smooth car. You can tell it’s a well maintained car and Joanna is super easy to work with.
