Return instructions were ambiguous w.r.t. parking location (eg no info given about parking permit and allowed locations for vesicle).
Customer support call (after attempting to contact owner via call and sms, but no response) was not very helpful, and did not seem to truly understand my concern or provide appropriate guidance and advisement.
Brakes were very soft. Some speakers came in bad condition.
The included phone holder was very nice to have and appreciated.

instructions was very clear, since other guest have no problems in the passed 2 years, since you returned at late night there is no permit problems or else we would have mention it in the instructions, we are a very experienced host for over 4+ years, however from time to time we run into guest still have trouble understanding, simply just read carefully instead of skip the details! break will be different for every car, since it’s a family van not a race car it will be softer.
