Spacious, clean, and perfect for our weekend wine trip to Napa / Sonoma. Pickup and drop off instructions were super clear and seamless. The fuel efficiency with the hybrid engine was also a huge plus. Would definitely recommend!

Car is in pretty bad shape

Guest claims “motor is worn out”. The car had its 100k service at a certified auto shop last year, 11/15/2025 to be exact, and an oil change last month 06/06/2026 to be exact. Every parts was checked during oil change and as well as the 100k service.
But of course, we in Turo 100% value the guest determination over any certified auto shop.
The car is now checked again after this trip and report shows may need to change the tires soon but nothing wrong.
Guest returned the car VERY dirty thou

The minivan was awesome!! We really enjoyed having a vehicle that we could all fit in and drive as a family together! Wenjie and Jacky were get hosts and very responsive to any messaging back and forth.
We will definitely be recommending and using the minivan again, if available. Thank you again for making this trip much easier and enjoyable!
