Good host, responsive. The car does everything I needed it for, but it is an older vehicle and is showing signs of wear. Overall very happy with the trip. Drop off location has hard to find street parking but that's kinda all of SF.

difficult return process; no parking provided in an extremely congested area: i would recommend a parking garage or personal residential driveway for pick up and drop off

Thank you for your feedback, Courtney. Unfortunately, private driveways are rare in San Francisco. The vehicle was returned to street parking with only 7 hours until street cleaning, while Turo requires a legal parking spot valid for at least 24 hours. I always strive to make the rental experience as smooth as possible and appreciate your feedback.
