I originally requested both a booster seat and an infant car seat. After reviewing the options, I decided I no longer needed the infant car seat and canceled it before the trip. The host acknowledged the change and did not provide an infant car seat at pickup.
Despite never receiving the infant car seat, I was still charged for it and was not reimbursed after the trip ended. Charging customers for equipment that was canceled and never provided is unacceptable.
The vehicle itself was fine, but the billing issue and lack of correction afterward left me with a very negative impression. I would not rent from this host again and recommend that future renters carefully review their receipts and charges.

Great van! It’s a little ways if coming from airport but saved alot of money just ubering there vs the price we would have paid from rental car companies. Thank you! We will be back next month
