The service/communication was good and had no problems with the vehicle but the car is just very run down on the inside. The cosmetic issues inside and out weren’t very obvious to me from the pictures and I didn’t feel like the price matched the condition of the vehicle, once I saw it in person.
I took out the middle jump seat so we could walk through the aisles and it was clear that area hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Without that mess I would have given 4/5 because the service was good and they were on time
