Did not have car seats in the car so we had to go back to get them. Quoted a wrong fee for delivering a car so we had to go pick them up.

Rented this vehicle for a trip up north with the family, I needed a van and this totally exceeded my expectations. This Kia van has good gas mileage and it’s very comfortable for my family of 4 and a plus was that it was pet friendly because we had planned to take our sweet old pug with us on this trip. I went out very on my miles but I expected that since we drove up to the Sequoia National Park. The car was delivered clean and neat. I will definitely rent again from this owner. And I highly recommend.
