The car was in good condition, clean, and practical for our trip. No issues with the car itself. The service, however, was terrible. The host was very rude when I had questions about the pickup process, in general (this was my first time using this service). After intentionally ignoring us upon arrival, he proceeded to and failed to send pick up instructions on time for pick up…with no apology. When we approached him onsite, he tried to ignore us (seemingly irritated because of questions that I had about the service, in general). When he realized that we had mistakenly never received the access code for the vehicle’s lockbox, instead of being apologetic, he proceeded to Terrible experience with the host, would not use this host again.
