Overall, the rental process was very easy, from pickup through return, and the minivan worked well for what we needed. Unfortunately, one of the tires was low when we first picked up the vehicle, so we had to go back and add air before getting on the road. The tire continued to lose air throughout the rental, and we ended up having to add air to it daily while driving. That was definitely inconvenient and something that should be addressed before the vehicle is rented again. Other than the tire issue, the rental and return process were smooth and easy.
