Our host was not willing to cancel the trip and give a full refund, after there was a mistake in delivery location. We messaged and it was discussed even before the cancellation window ended. If I would’ve known that I can just cancel on the app, rather than communicating with him I would’ve received a full refund. He made a lot of excuses on why I needed to be charged full price and it was non negotiable, but I was able to shorten the trip on the Tuo app and get a partial refund. I would not recommend this host at all. This is not typical of my experience with all Star hosts.

As you can see, I gave you 3 stars because I wasn’t fan of your communication at all.
You placed the reservation and put the wrong address which is CBX that it’s one hour away, after you realize that the car was already delivered 3 hours before you even realize that you have put the wrong address in the app, by saying that you made a mistake with the address and need the vehicle to be delivered to San Diego airport immediately after hours. mistake like that cannot be fixed quickly.
