Great experience overall. Easy pick up and drop off. Rental van was top notch. Very nice and new looking. Perfect for the day trip I had. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience renting this car. I did run into some issues on my end because I didn’t fully understand how to use the app at first, so I had to change the delivery times a couple of times — that was completely my mistake.
Despite that, their customer service was amazing. They were always available, very responsive, and helped me every step of the way, explaining everything clearly and patiently no matter the time.
If you’re planning to rent a car, I definitely recommend going with them.
