First time using Turo...
5 STAR for PICKUP/DROP OFF: I found host to be friendly and was very helpful during pick up and drop off. Both pickup and drop off was quick and easy. Host was friendly and helpful as they guided me through the app to complete steps needed for pickup and drop off.
Price was very competitive!!
3 STAR for VEHICLE: Vehicle had some visual interior and exterior issues. Driver's leather seat was peeling and I was worried it would tear. Front passager window had an etched circle (maybe from some sort of phone/device holder that was attached at one time) that I was worried could spider crack if hit by rock or other debris. A/C was weak and driver side window button was loose. However, found overall condition was actually normal wear and tear for a 2017 vehicle.
Will definitely use Turo over a Corporate Rental Business again!!

The car was really nice. I love how easy chicken and checkout was and that you can add pictures to show that your car was in condition when you left and I also like that you can edit if you need more on the trip or if something was needed to adjust your trip.

No era lo que esperaba. El mando de la ventana del conductor esta roto, la conexión usb no tenía acceso a la pantalla, coche con averías internas en las vestiduras. El sensor de los neumáticos y del motor encendido.
