Great first experience with Turo.
My only complaint is that the car mat in the drivers side is the wrong size and interferes with the gas pedal. A small but important safety problem.
Of all the ratings we have had this entire time this is the first with such a comment. The mats in particular could have been removed for comfort at because they were and are removable.
The mats are in placement to maintain the condition and structure of the Van over time. Which is in EXCELLENT condition!
I highly disagree with this rating.
