Jim is a great host. He’s friendly, communicative, and flexible. Was able to change pick-up date/time last minute and he was able to accept it. Car ran great, really smooth and was kept cleaned. Jim was also great at informing me of details about the vehicle during pick-up. Will definitely rent from him again!
