Great host!

Very grateful for these guys awesome vehicle for the price!!!!

i was pretty disappointed in my booking. the host canceled the original vehicle i rented less than 12 hours before i was suppose to pick it up as i was already flying out to san diego. and failed to give any explanation on why they canceled the reservation despite me asking 3 times even though it said my messages were read. i specifically rented the original vehicle because it had 8 seats being that i had 8 people total on this trip with me. the car the host offered instead only had 7 seats so we had to squish the entire 12 days. it was pretty upsetting that i was offered a vehicle with one less seat and still paid the same price as they refused to compensate any type of partial refund for the inconvenience and wanted me to bring the car all the way back and rebook a whole new car if i wanted 8 seats which is very inconvenient. i thought that was not hospitable being that they canceled the original car extremely last minute with no explanation at all. the replacement car was fine but not what i originally paid. i would not book again due to this. all would have been fine if they replaced the original vehicle with a car that was exactly the same instead of providing one short a seat and still charging the same price as the vehicle with 8 seats.

Excelente atención desde el día 1 hasta el día de mi entrega, el vehículo lo usamos para ir a Anaheim, California y es un vehículo muy cómodo, sobre todo si vas con niños.

Car was great. Pick up and drop off was easy. Communication was great too.
