Drop off and pick up was not ideal. Was told it would be a five minute walk from the airport when it was actually thirty. Then, when trying to return it, it wouldn't accept my pictures. And took a lot longer, then expected.Now i'm running late for my flight. Might need to get the brakes looked at they did work. But they felt like they weren't going to a couple times. I've renned from turo several times and every time the person came to me.And dropped me off at the airport, that is part of the appeal. Won't use them again when coming back to san diego, too much of a hassle, not worth it.

On the Turo app issue, we have no control on the performance of the platform.
Our free 24/7 accessible lot is .5 miles away from the western pedestrian entrance of the San Diego Airport.
As advised when booking, SAN bans Turo activity on airport grounds. Violations can lead to $300+ fees plus removal from the Turo platform.
The brakes were signed off by an ASE certified/manufacturer trained mechanic a week before your trip.
