Car was ready early, Burri was responsive, instructions were clear, car seats were installed as we had asked, and we had no issues with the vehicle mechanically or electronically. The van had some cosmetic scratches and scrapes throughout, but that’s to be expected.

Other than the pickup/drop off location near the airport everything went smooth with the host. Would’ve gave the host 5 ⭐️ if the vehicle was a little closer. Uber charged me $24 to drive 4-5min to the pickup/drop off location

Thanks for letting us know what you thought about the parking at our free lot right outside the airport. Just so you know, Turo isn't actually allowed to do business directly on airport grounds.
We don't quite see it the way you do, since our spot is one of only four Turo hosts super close to the airport, making it an easy 3/4 mile distance. Plus, we offer airport delivery and pickup, which you didn't end up opt for our Airport Delivery and return service, directly outside Terminal 1 and 2.
