We rented a van for four days. The communication was great. They sent detailed instructions on how and where to pick up the van and they quickly responded to every message I sent when picking up and returning the van to them. This is important when traveling. No time was lost waiting for a resonse fron someone. My husband was very pleased with the service and would rent from them again in the future.
