Perfect van for family trips! Fadi was always very responsive throughout the trip. Pick up and drop off went smoothly. Only problems were alerts on the dashboard and a tire leak (that was also reported on a recent review). My family and I were worried about the van breaking down in the Texas heat BUT I will still definitely recommend Fadi and the van (after a little TLC.)
Things to note: the driver side passenger seat belt is very sensitive and locks up easily and that door takes a very perfect technique to open properly. DVD system is easy to work and works well! Jumanji was already loaded for us :)

Car had a slow leak in the tire. Difficult to get into the neighborhood without approval via phone verification.
