The car was spacious and clean. I experience a failure in which the car turned off in the middle of the road but William did help with accommodating me in another car. The experience of having a car that failed was what did not make it a higher rating since I had my family in the car when it happened.

Van was very clean and nice. Was exactly as described. The only problem was the change oil light came on towards the end of our trip so we returned it a day early. Other than that, it was a great experience. Would rent from them again!
