This type of car is exactly why I love using Turo. We also have a Dodge Caravan at home, and hate using the general national companies because you always end up with a futuristic car with too many buttons and weird settings - and I personally feel on nerve turning it in wondering if we left something behind or if a microscopic issue might arrise "that wasn't there before." With Turo, we get the option of having the same (older model) car in decently-kept condition. This rental truly eased my anxiety just seeing how well taken-care of it was!
Car quality was TOP NOTCH- no joke at ALL. It was so clean- even our kiddos were impressed! It looked and smelled like it just rolled off the factory lot, it was spotless and had absolutely no issues.
Michael was fantastic with communication (basically immediate and incredibly proactive), and flexible as well. You can tell her takes his responsibility as a car host for Turo seriously- it was a PERFECT vehicle and overall 5-star service.
We absolutely will be looking to book with this vehicle/Michael for next summer. Thank you!
