Ray was a pleasure to work with. His communication was very prompt and we had no issues finding or getting into the vehicle. The van itself was fine. There were a few issues including the backup camera not working consistently, one of the back windows wouldn't roll down, and the a/c didn't cool the car down very well. Overall it did what it needed to do and we felt like for price we paid, it was worth it.
