While my trip started on time, there were serious issues. The pickup location was inaccurate, and the host was dismissive when questioned. More critically, an unauthorized AirTag was in the vehicle—only discovered after pickup. Upon confirming with customer service that this violated Turo’s terms, I returned the vehicle early (around 1:15 PM), which disrupted my weekend plans.
The host admitted to the AirTag but claimed he didn’t know it wasn’t allowed. In addition, the car was not delivered with a full tank, and the host questioned me about fuel despite evidence.
Though I was offered a refund, I believe Turo should consider compensation for the inconvenience. I also requested a replacement vehicle, but was told I'd need to start a new booking, which further added to the frustration. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, both with the host and the process.
You're a very awkward,Weird individual , but guess who doesn't need a car lol, thanks again for your desperate attempt at trying to sabotage my character and image. So now that that's outta of the way why are you so concerned with the airtag if you didn't have in spiteful or negligent intentions? As for the gas you 100% did not return you it with the fuel level you received, subject to be charged, last but not least the address is very much accurate in detail , zero control over your GPS locator
