Can’t fault them because it was disclosed but going to the economy lot is a 30 min extra time burner compared to the parking garage. Charges $120 for parking garage. Otherwise everything was fine

The car was very clean, got great gas mileage, and fit our family beautifully. Pick up and drop off was easy. Unfortunately the HDMI hook up and plug didn’t work, so we were unable to use the TV. Instead we relied on our laptop and the trip passed by quickly for all involved.

Worst experience I’ve had with a vehicle on Turo so far. Car was about an hour late being dropped off. After traveling all day with 3 kids that were ready to be to our destination that was a big deal. One of the car seats was wrong, for a newborn, and was too small for my youngest. This was annoying because I specifically asked for pictures of the car seats. I was told I would get those pictures and never got any. Then when we went to pick up the vehicle one was wrong of course.
Brought things up with the host but was mostly just told “sorry”. Also kept getting pushed to “call Turo” when trying to resolve things and get any sort of compensation for the pick-up hassle.
In the checkout message they send, they say something along the lines of “leave us a 5 star review to avoid a cleaning fee” which is extortion and not legal pretty sure.
I’m sure they’ll respond to this with some automated “we’re so sorry for your experience and strive to do our best”. Will never use this company again.
