The first car we had was not good and we had to wait another day to get a second card to replace it so we missed a day of our trip the location to park at was not easy to get to and even worse dropping off because we had to figure out how to find a shuttle and get back to the airport. Instructions were not clear and we had to walk far from the parking spot to the shuttle spot

The vehicle had stained seats and a musty smell. The pick up and drop off was complicated. The shuttle drivers were extremely rude. The vehicle ran properly. I probably wouldn't rent again.
