they swapped the car on us last minute would’ve rather had the Jeep than the minivan, but oh well, it was good on gas mileage.

We’re sorry the last-minute vehicle swap meant you didn’t receive the Jeep you expected. We’re also reviewing the upholstery, pickup location, and parking concerns, and we’re glad the minivan at least delivered good gas mileage.
Absolutely enjoyed our trip in the Sienna. As a mom trying to figure out my next upgrade I have been eyeing the Sienna and it was great to drive it and experience what the hype was about and we LOVED it! It was easy to book. Communication was fast and friendly. I appreciate their friendliness and easy to work with esp. it was a very last minute booking due to a family emergency but it worked out very well. The Sienna was smooth and great MPG.
My only thing was the pick up and drop off at the location was a bit annoying for us who used LA Auto Spot for the first time. It wasn’t as smooth as I hope it was because we didn’t know our vehicle can’t enter so we went to the gate and the gate attendant have to deal with someone existing so we wait and have to figure out how to enter because it wasn’t in the pickup instruction. Only designated vehicles can enter and you MUST have a 6 digit number to tell them before they could open the gate. Everything else worked great once you enter. For dropping off thankfully I have figured out how it works and found my 6 digit number on the windshield which was a plus because dropping off was smoother having known that number BUT you MUST remember it to give at the gate after pressing the call button because they will ask for it again in order to open the gate to exit. To me it was just a bit annoying but I understand why but again another Turo customer was trying to exit and it was her first time using Turo and picking up from this location did not have her 6 digit TagMaster and I tried to help but couldn’t so she was stressing and I felt bad for her so, pickup entrant and drop off existing is a little annoying. Sorry.
But I will definitely use you guys again since I now know how to enter and exit etc. vehicle was great and you guys were great it’s the location and the people there that’s a bit annoying.

Great car. Excellent gas mileage. Lots of room. Very comfortable. When leaving terminal the shuttle busses are past the taxis on the right. And are very spotted yellow (like a leopard). They come around quickly. 4am drop off took about 10min for a pick up and back to terminal.
