The hosts were responsive and communication throughout the trip was good. However, the vehicle's cleanliness was disappointing. The exterior was extremely dirty and covered in bugs to the point that my hands would get dirty whenever I opened the trunk. While the interior appeared to have been vacuumed, it didn't seem to have been thoroughly checked before pickup, as we found a previous guest's charging bank in the seat pocket. Overall, the trip went smoothly and the hosts were helpful, but the vehicle was not presented in the clean condition I expected.
