Unfortunately had the car only for a couple hours. 1 hr into our trip our tire blew out. Car did not have a spare. Contacted roadside assistance and Host Immediately. Roadside had trouble getting in contact with host to see where he wanted car to be towed. After finally getting through. I assumed we will be towed to the nearest tire shop have tire fixed and be on our way.
We had to be towed an hour back to where we picked up the vehicle and this is where My frustration and communication all just went downhill. The shop we went to the host informed us that, that’s where all his cars go and they fix them. Well the guy at the shop didn’t look so happy he seemed kind of irritated that we was even sent there. Tow truck driver didn’t know where to drop vehicle I went inside the 2 guys just said anywhere they didn’t care just find a parking in the back. Instead of trying to assist us he laid on the sofa in the waiting area and just decided to take a Nap 😳. I was told by the host they will fix tire and he will try and get us back on the road ASAP.
Well Communication between the Mechanic,Host and I was just horrible after waiting for about 45min in the shop I decided to call my sister to come and pick my brother and I up so I can attend to my 1 and 3 year old kids that she had to pick up from the Highway because they couldn’t ride in the tow truck. As we were grabbing our luggage the shop guy come out saying I’m going to fix car after this other car but I don’t know ask Muning. I told him Muning told us to just leave the keys, than it looked like he got more irritated and was like ok whatever I don’t know.
After an hour I msg if there was any update reply was not yet. 2 hours go by I msg any update the reply No Update. So at this point I asked the host if he knew if car will be ready that day or if it’s best that I try and look for another vehicle. Reply was they are ordering 2 new tires. So another 2 hrs go by I msg Any update and response is just No Update. I stated That the shop closes at 6pm response was yes shop close at 6pm it was already about 545pm at this point. I contacted Turo they assisted me on getting into another vehicle and when trip was cancelled we went and picked up our belongings and again the Shop guy just seemed irritated and bothered. Customer Service definitely goes along way and this was definitely not it.

Sorry about your experience, but I cannot control when will the replacement tires get delivered. The tires on the car were very new, I have videos and paperwork to prove it.
Grateful for the nice vehicle to get us around on a family trip.
