Great car and excellent communication with Jay. The vehicle performed perfectly for my trip and the pick-up/drop-off process was very smooth. The only reason I'm mentioning the cleanliness is to help them improve: the floor mats were quite dirty at pick-up, despite the cleaning crew's report. Other than that, it was a 5-star experience and I would rent again!
