Host excellent. Van in great condition. Only issue was the van couldn’t handle both summer heat (90 ) and hilly/mountain driving. But if one of those two doesn’t apply, then fantastic rental option.

It was over 105f at points this week in southern Utah, I’m glad the van still worked for you.

We were excited to find an affordable van for our annual Utah pilgrimage. It allowed us to easily transport our 3 kids and our luggage (and cousins!) as we joined in the family reunion fun. The van was clean and functioned well. It's old enough that it doesn't have Android Auto (or Apple CarPlay), but there was a little phone mount in the vehicle so we could just use our phones.
There was a little maintenance issue that popped up during the trip, but the hosts were super responsive and helped take care of us the best they could, even though the dash light popped up super late at night. They were super flexible and we worked something out that worked for our trip.
Only recommendations would be: (1) the angle of the dashboard and phone mount type made it tough to see my phone, so a different mount with more angle options would be helpful, and (2) the universal usb cables got a little loose so we ended up needing to use our own. Neither of these things was a major inconvenience though. Great hosts, nice vehicle.
