Waited in the hot June parking lot over an hour. Had to call Turo and they couldn’t get a hold of owner. Had to try to figure out what to do for a party of 7. Started cancelation process but finally either the host (or cohost) sent the code. No attempt was made at service recovery just a sorry I was busy and didn’t see your multiple phone calls or messages until now. Also said that it was due to Turo’s app. Won’t rent again from this owner. I have had previously great experiences with Turo and the SLC airport.
