Great communication by Allan. The van was easy to pick up and return. It was spacious and worked well for our 3-hour drive. The good: Super cold AC. The bad: The steering wheel was crooked and vibrating on the highway. Needs an alignment. The cigarette lighter slots on the front dash board did not work to charge our phones. We used two different adapters but to no avail and couldn’t charge the phone while using the GPS. The one in the rear worked so we kept switching phones on the drive.

Allan was so attentive, friendly, and easy to communicate with! His van was perfect for our trip—clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We had a great experience and would absolutely rent from him again!
