Pickup was easy and the van was everything we needed for the trip. Nicholas was very responsive about any questions and was helpful with everything.

Things started off really well, but on the second day the passenger-side window came off its track and fell into the door. When we contacted the owner, they mentioned this had happened before and had supposedly been fixed just two weeks earlier.
At the time, we were in Orlando, and despite knowing we were traveling with young children and had planned visits to Disney parks, the host told us nothing could be done and that we would need to return the car to St. Petersburg. This meant driving two hours with two toddlers and no functional window, which was both uncomfortable and unsafe.
What made the situation worse was the host’s response, they became rude and showed little willingness to offer support, understanding, or any form of compensation.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

First time Turo guest. Actually damaged the van. We offered a swap but demanded we deliver over 90 miles away. Damaged the van, brought it back empty tank. And demanded a refund as well.
