Our host was so helpful, as this was our first Turo booking! Easy to follow instructions, and he even gave us a super helpful layout of the minivan when we picked it up - showing where certain features were. Very kind. The car was very accommodating for our family of 6 - 2 adults and 4 children. We were worried it wouldn’t have enough storage for a 2 week roadtrip, but it absolutely had plenty! Our children were very comfortable in the car and loved the reclining footrest in the backseat. We were worried when we realized the entertainment system didn’t have a DVD player, but we ordered a special HMDI cord ahead of time and plugged our iPad into the system and played downloaded movies from streaming websites, so we didn’t need any WiFi for it. It was easy to send the audio back to just the kids during their movies, so we could talk to each other in the front seat. Would absolutely recommend booking your next car rental with this host and this vehicle! 5/5 stars without hesitation!

Host was very friendly and informative. The only issues we had were that one of the third row seatbelts would alarm occasionally even when it was in use and reverified to be fully clicked in; and then I don’t know what caused this but I had allergy symptoms several times and only when in the van. I have a sensitive allergy to cats so not sure if a previous renter may have brought a pet into the van. It stopped when I took Zyrtec which is why I’m fairly certain it was an allergen. The van itself was in great condition and the complimentary waters were very much appreciated.

Our vehicles are cleaned to a high standard and detailed frequently. We are not aware of any cats traveling in the Sienna. We will get the seat belt intermittent alert checked in the third row. We encourage guests to reach out during their trip, so we can assist quickly and try to solve any problems.

Quality location and ease were all great. Small issue with car at pickup but not really anyone’s fault. minor and certainly not problem enough to ding a star. Would book again
